Delivery Delays Affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic(Covid-19)
As the coronavirus pandemic disrupts global shipping and air cargo operations, the shipping has been affected. The delivery times are NOT guaranteed recently. Please be patient and hope you can understand.
Overseas warehouse is not available at present. All the orders will be shipped from China, we suggest you choose express delivery like DHL or Fedex.
Our shipping prices are based on the total weight of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you. And normally it take 1-3 days processing due to complexity of your order.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Order sent by expressed delivery method like DHL Fedex or UPS is also infected. Tons of package are stuck in airport since there is much fewer planes for transportation these days. Shipping delays within a week is normal.
About product stock:
Under normal circumstances, our products that can be ordered directly means we have sufficient stock, but some products you bought may be out of stock or when they cannot be delivered in time, we will send notifications by emails in time.
